HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) is a free school readiness program that empowers parents to be their child's first teacher.

To qualify the family must reside in Philadelphia, and the child receiving HIPPY services for the 2018-2019 school year must be 3 or 4 by October 15, 2018.
